• Safety reminders:
• Wear PPE (safety glasses and hearing protection are a must!) at all times 
• Turn router off AND take out the battery when setting up the router or changing bits
• Pay attention to direction of feed with ALL routers! The router bit spins clockwise. Generally, move router counterclockwise on an outside cut and clockwise on an inside cut.
• Do not cut metal
• Use clamps to secure your piece to a stable platform 
• Keep hands away from cutting area above or below base. Never reach under the workpiece. Hold the router firmly and resist starting torque 
• Do not use router bits with cutting diameter in excess of 1-3/8”
• Keep dust collection attachment on at all times
• To change out router bits, remove router base entirely for easy access
